All Asian Countertrade, Inc. in Cebu is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily stock receiving, unloading, storage, and logistics documentation. You will coordinate with clients, logistics teams, and warehouse staff to ensure accurate records and timely submissions.

The role emphasizes inventory control, FIFO stock withdrawal, and diligent reporting, with on-site work in Cebu. A college degree is preferred, and prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock records.
• Ability to coordinate loading/unloading with warehouse staff and clients.
• Well-organized document monitoring and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Receive and release warehouse stocks with complete and accurate documentation, including Delivery Receipts, Receiving Reports, and Warehouse Issue Slips.
• Coordinate the manpower needed to facilitate the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stocks against Receiving Reports, Delivery Receipts, and Warehouse Issue Slips.
• Submit timely inventory reports for activities that affect inventory quantities.
• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and general condition of the warehouse.
• Report irregularities such as pest infestations, roof leaks, and other facility-related concerns.
• Apply the FIFO method when withdrawing stocks.
• Maintain a one-metre clearance between stored stocks and the warehouse wall.
• Monitor and send required logistics documents to Manila, including signed client Delivery Receipts, Receiving Reports, and Warehouse Issue Slips.
• Process client and logistics documents as required, including Goods Receipts, client-signed Delivery Receipts, and other related requirements in Cebu.
