Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or equivalent education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a risk-based test plan aligned with ICA framework.
• Manage time and resources for Global ICA testing and engagements.
• Support implementation of Global ICA initiatives for improvement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Review and finalize testing findings for reports.
• Lead a controls assurance team and coach others.
• Motivate and mentor team to achieve goals and objectives.
• Supervise direct reports for policy compliance.
• Support KPI development and monitoring.
