Responsibilities

Monitor motion triggered alarms and live video feeds for suspicious or unusual activities.
Identify potential security threats and ensure timely escalation of incidents.
Maintain CCTV equipment and ensure operational status of surveillance systems.
Report incidents and maintain confidentiality of client information and footage.
Remain alert and focused during assigned shifts with strong observational skills.
