Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly preventive maintenance and software risk analysis.
• Perform network audit analysis and provide insights and recommendations.
• Execute remote/onsite troubleshooting.
• Create monthly service reports.
• N5K Config Best Practices - ASR9K Insights and Recommendations.
• PSIRT Assessment and Remediation - Syslog Remediation.
• Globe ITS ACI Migration Phase 1.
• Globe Critical Tech Refresh and Re-architecture.
• Globe ITS ACI Migration Phase 2 C. Warranty/MA.
• Remote/Onsite Troubleshooting.
• Quarterly Preventive Maintenance.
• Monthly Service Report.
