The opportunity
Working as a member of the wider Event Management team, the Event Coordinator will support different phases of the execution of an event, ensuring that every encounter delivers an exceptional experience for our stakeholders. The coordinator should manage several concurrent activities, with strong multitasking, prioritization, organizational and time‑management skills.
Your Key responsibilities
- Support marketing and events activities targeting both internal and external audiences.
- Event preparation, participant management, attendee communication.
- Facilitate vendor onboarding and manage event logistics and execution.
- Manage content and database, conduct event‑related research and analysis.
- Support event marketing communication and post‑event activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of a wide range of client events – breakfast briefings, seminars, roundtables, conferences, hospitality events, etc.
- Manage branding requirements and transport of collateral to venues.
- Book rooms and venues for key events in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
- Build invite lists, manage RSVPs, provide updates to the events team.
- Attend events for set‑up, execution, registration, and greeting of attendees.
- Create delegate packs and briefing packs for key events.
- Support post‑event evaluation, including compilation of reviews and surveys.

- Experience in corporate travel & events environment.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to react to emergencies, think out of the box and adapt to last‑minute changes.
- Understanding of business environment and ability to propose service and process improvements.
Technologies and Tools
- Advanced level of experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Outlook and MS Teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with experience communicating across cultures.
To qualify for the role
- Graduation in a related discipline (e.g., Marketing, Business Studies).
- 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with multiple systems and applications.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Ability to work in an environment where English is the primary spoken language.
- Willingness to work outside normal hours when required.
- Project planning and management skills.
- Strong relationship‑building skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ideally, you should also have
- Ability to interact with leadership, stakeholders, and peers.
- Personal travel experience and geographic knowledge.
