Job description

Main purpose of the position:

• Deliver high-quality, consistent, and visually elevated imagery across e-commerce and high-end e-commerce projects
• Support the editing and uploading of special projects & launches for Revolve and FWRD, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery

Major Responsibilities

• Edit and prepare preshop/preferred imagery for upload for VIP customers, ensuring selected assets meet final standards and workflow requirements
• Execute advanced retouching across e-commerce and high-end e-commerce imagery, including color correction, grading, cleanup, background refinement, compositing, and detail enhancement
• Retouch skin, fabric, and materials with a natural, undetectable finish while enhancing light, contrast, depth, and overall image quality
• Apply elevated retouching techniques specifically for luxury flats, ensuring precise garment shape, symmetry, texture accuracy, and premium presentation
• Assess image viability (lighting, garment structure, composition), flag issues as needed, and maintain consistency across image sets and product groups
• Apply refined adjustments that preserve the integrity of the original capture while elevating overall visual impact
• Maintain steady output while meeting quality standards and turnaround expectations across varying levels of edit complexity (RTW, Stills, Flats, Luxury Flats, high-end e-commerce)
• Balance efficiency with high-detail retouching based on image priority and ensure VPIs are edited and delivered within deadlines
• Follow editing guidelines, presets, and quality standards across all categories while maintaining proper file naming, asset organization, and workflow consistency
• Communicate clearly on timelines, questions, and issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned final output

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional photo editing or retouching experience
• Experience editing product and on-model fashion e-commerce imagery (product + model)
• Proven ability to meet production expectations while maintaining quality
• Familiarity with asset management workflows and shared production systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with premium fashion/e-commerce brands (including Revolve or similar)
• Background in high-end ecommerce, campaign, or beauty retouching, with experience in editorial and marketing imagery
• Strong understanding of apparel texture, fabric detail, and skin retouching
• Strong visual judgment with the ability to execute clean, consistent edits without over-processing
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive in fast-paced environments with a clear understanding of production expectations and timelines
• Experience working across time zones or with global teams
