• Process Customer Transactions Accurately and Efficiently Handle cash, credit card, e-payment, financing, discount, and promotional transactions with accuracy while ensuring the proper issuance of official receipts and complete transaction documentation.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service Provide fast, courteous, and professional service by assisting customers with payments, purchases, and transaction-related inquiries while promoting a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain Cash Accountability and Financial Integrity Perform accurate cash counts, collection turnovers, and reconciliation activities while safeguarding cash, checks, gift certificates, and other accountable forms in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure Compliance with Cashiering Procedures and Controls Adhere to established cashiering standards, promotional guidelines, internal controls, and audit requirements while promptly reporting discrepancies, suspicious activities, or system issues.
• Support Operational Excellence and Equipment Care Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashiering area and ensure the proper use and care of POS systems and cashiering equipment to support efficient store operations.
