Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Cashier to handle customer transactions accurately and provide friendly, professional service in our store. You will operate POS, verify prices, issue receipts, balance cash drawer, and assist customers with inquiries.

The candidate should have at least a Senior High School Diploma or higher; experience is welcome but not required. Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, and be physically fit to stand long hours.

We are looking for a CASHIERmember who can handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, professional service and contributing to our company's growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.

• Accurately calculate and provide change to customers.

• Issue receipts, invoices, or other transaction records.

• Operate and maintain the cash register/POS system.

• Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and payment details.

• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Report discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.

• Assist customers with basic inquiries and concerns.

• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and secure.

• Follow company policies regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, and security.

• Assist with other store or administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

• Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply!

• Required Skill(s): Great interpersonal and customer service skills; Can work efficiently and effectively even under pressure.
