Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a diligent cashier to join our Makati area team. You will handle transactions, provide friendly service, and keep the cash area secure and organized.

This role supports store operations across multiple Makati locations and requires reliability and strong attention to detail. Candidates with or without experience are welcome; overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Diploma or higher
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills; able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.
• Accurately calculate and provide change to customers.
• Issue receipts, invoices, or other transaction records.
• Operate and maintain the cash register/POS system.
• Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and payment details.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Report discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and concerns.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and secure.
• Follow company policies regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, and security.
• Assist with other store or administrative duties as assigned.
