Job summary

Powerserve in the Philippines is seeking a diligent cashier to support daily sales in a fast-paced environment. You will process customer transactions, handle cash and cards, issue receipts, and ensure accurate change while maintaining a tidy cashier area.

The role requires honesty, reliability, and strong communication with customers. Shifts are required, and willingness to start ASAP is preferred to maintain seamless store operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level.
• Cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good communication and customer service.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle cash accurately.
• Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and payments accurately.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
• Issue receipts and provide proper change.
• Verify prices, discounts, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate cash count and transaction records.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
• Coordinate with inventory/store staff regarding product availability and discrepancies.
• Perform end-of-shift cash counting and reconciliation.
• Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
