Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries when needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers, POS machines, or digital payment systems.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods responsibly.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure accuracy in cash counts at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the checkout counter.
• Assist in bagging items and promoting store products when required.
• Report discrepancies, customer concerns, or technical issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
