Job description

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide assistance as needed, and address customer inquiries or concerns. Foster a welcoming environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash responsibly, including giving change, balancing the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively and suggest add-on sales
