Job Description

• A cashier is responsible for handling transactions with customers, ensuring a smooth and accurate checkout experience.
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, or promotions.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
• Processing Transactions:
• Operate the cash register to process payments through cash, credit, or debit cards.
• Scan items, tally totals, and issue receipts.
• Ensure accuracy when entering the prices of items and applying discounts, coupons, or loyalty points.
• Count and maintain cash in the register.
• Provide accurate change to customers.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization:
• Keep the cashier area tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Restock bags and other items required for the checkout process.
• Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
• High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
• With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
• Physically fit
• With valid original barangay and police clearance
• Good with customer service is an edge
• Detail-oriented, and good with customers
