Job summary

eTap Management Services Inc. (EMSI) in the Philippines is seeking a Field Collector to securely retrieve cash from kiosks and other collection machines, perform cash sorting, and ensure accurate documentation while complying with procedures and security protocols.

You will collect cash on scheduled routes, verify and count cash, detect counterfeit notes, record activities, and escalate issues to supervisors, contributing to safe and timely deposits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Must have a motorcycle with updated documents and driver's license.
• With updated OR/CR

Responsibilities

• Collect cash from kiosks and other designated collection machines based on daily schedules and routes.
• Sort, count, and verify collected cash in compliance with company standards.
• Access kiosks and machines following security protocols and record activities accurately.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and report issues to the Supervisor for escalation.
• Submit daily collection and cash sorting reports to the Supervisor and assist in investigations of variances.
