Job summary

Toyota Alabang, Inc. (TAI) is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to clean and wash units, ensure cleanliness at all times, and maintain 5S in the car wash area. You will coordinate with the Carwash head and detailing team, and ensure timely completion of all vehicles.

Daily machine inspections and prompt reporting of any faults are required. Strong communication, good time management, and knowledge of customer care procedures will help you deliver excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate, Or any 2 year Course Automotive or Technical background
• At least 1 year work related experience
• Preferably with background in automotive service work especially in carwash and detailing
• Possess good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Knowledge in customer care procedure

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning of all units being serviced.
• Ensures that units are properly car washed and ensures cleanliness at all times.
• Maintains 5S in car wash area at all times.
• Proper coordination with the Carwash head.
• Ensures completion and timeliness of cars being washed.
• Coordinates units with Engine wash/Detailing to detailing team.
• Inspects carwash machine/equipments conditions daily before work.
• Reports failed carwash machine/equipment immediately to Carwash Head.
• Reports all unusual appearance on the units before carwash to Carwash Head
