Travelbee Development Corporation is seeking an experienced carpentry supervisor to lead a small crew in rough and finish carpentry projects. You will interpret architectural and shop drawings, install cabinets and doors, align jambs, and supervise wall and ceiling work onsite.

You will assign daily tasks, conduct site surveys for cost estimates, complete service reports, and train helpers on basic carpentry skills. Daily accomplishment reports are submitted to the Engineering & Maintenance Head.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small crew for rough and finish carpentry: formworks, framing, doors, cabinets, ceilings, drywall, partitions
• Interpret drawings & details - architectural, shop drawings
• Familiar with cabinet installation, door and jamb alignment, wall installation and ceiling installation and repairs
• Assign daily tasks to carpenters/helpers based on job orders
• Conduct site surveys and provide inputs for cost estimates
• Accomplish service reports, checklists, and job completion forms after each site visit
• Train helpers/apprentices on basic carpentry: measuring, cutting, nailing, tool handling including proper techniques for joinery, formwork assembly, finishing
• Submit daily accomplishment reports to Engineering & Maintenance Head
