Job summary

Alabang Country Club Inc. is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join the Facilities Maintenance team in Muntinlupa.

The role focuses on upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance of club buildings and assets to ensure safety and accessibility for members and staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in commercial facilities or hotel/resort maintenance, TESDA NC II in Carpentry, and strong skills in drywall, ceilings, and door hardware installation.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Must possess a valid TESDA NC II in Carpentry.
• TESDA NC III is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance, building repairs, or hotel/resort maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, drywall repair, ceiling systems, and door hardware installation.
• Ability to perform minor masonry, plastering, and painting works.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous when interacting with members, guests, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance works on Club facilities and structures.
• Conduct drywall repairs, ceiling grid repairs, and commercial door lock/hardware installations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and renovation projects.
• Assist with minor masonry, plastering, painting works as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair concerns.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and Club policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
