Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for cargo route network analysis, competitive intelligence, business case development, and strategy recommendations in coordination with broader cargo and passenger commercial teams.
  • Develop strategies towards optimization of cargo metrics such as revenue, pricing, tonnage, and yield ensuring that the planning, forecasting, and reporting fit the needs of the organization.
  • Formulate strategies to maximize network contribution through dynamic space management in close coordination with capacity control.
  • Lead and participate in the development of revenue management enhancement and process improvements to optimize annual cargo revenue through pricing, capacity, or revenue management actions.
  • Develop modelling tools to support short term and medium-term forecasting for demand and capacity.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to understand business and seasonal trends affecting revenue and capacity then create a policy that will support the said strategy.
Basic Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree course preferably in BS Management, BS Accountancy, BS Applied Mathematics, AB Statistics, AB Economics or any related field.
  • Prior related work experience in Airline Cargo or Logistics industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge and/or familiarity in SK Reservations Systems, AIMs and Tableau is an advantage.
  • Must have the ability to map out and simplify complex ideas into processes and flowcharts.
  • Must be proficient in Statistical/ Economic Analysis.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a shifting schedule arrangement.
