Job Description

• Maintain building cleanliness and order: Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces. This may involve cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and minor repairs.
• Provide basic guest assistance: Assist guests with inquiries, provide basic information about the apartelle and surrounding area, and address minor guest requests.
• Ensure building security: Monitor building security, report any suspicious activity, and assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests.
• Customer Service Skills: Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
