Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals, including help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure timely delivery
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
- Monitor and record the health condition of the person under care
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance well-being
- Assist with exercises or physical therapy routines if required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional caregiving certification is a plus)
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare-related field preferred
- Ability to assist with personal care and mobility tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare providers
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
