Responsibilities

• Generate card acquisition targets monthly, quarterly and annually using all applicable programs for Branch Sales.
• Offer CBS products (cards, loans) to prospective clients through lobby management; perform KYC before endorsement.
• Perform call-out function to new or prospective clients to grow the card base.
• Assist branches in booth selling CBS products to payroll and corporate clients.
• Assist in training branch referrers to improve submissions and profiling of customers.
• Address queries from branch staff on product details and processes related to acquisition; assist in answering product-related customer queries.
• Ensure quality turn-ins and approvals based on KPIs.
• Escalate issues to supervisor that may result in bank risk.
• Perform assigned projects (e.g., BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, Corp. Correspondents, Line trainer, e-Champ).
