• A car washer is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vehicles, both inside and out. The primary duties and responsibilities include:
• Exterior Cleaning: Washing the exterior of vehicles, which may involve hand washing, using automatic car wash machines, or power washing. This includes cleaning windows, tires, rims, and other exterior surfaces.
• Interior Cleaning: Vacuuming the interior, wiping down surfaces, cleaning seats, carpets, and mats, and ensuring that the interior is free of dirt and debris.
• Waxing and Polishing: Applying wax or polish to the vehicle’s exterior to maintain its shine and protect the paint.
• Detailing: Conducting more thorough cleaning when necessary, such as cleaning air vents, dashboards, and deep cleaning carpets or upholstery.
• Maintaining Equipment: Ensuring that all cleaning tools and machines are in good working condition and reporting any issues to management.
