Job summary

UpSkill MNL is seeking a full-time retail associate for SM City Sto. Tomas, Batangas (Ace Hardware). You will greet customers, assist in-store and on the phone, and help direct customers to merchandise while delivering excellent customer service. You will support the team in achieving daily targets and help monitor stock levels.

Training is provided and there is potential for promotion to a regular position, along with comprehensive benefits and paid overtime and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least a senior high school graduate
• Preferably with experience in retail promotion
• Have good communication skills, effective customer service, and product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Assist customers in the store and on the phone
• Respond to questions, direct customers to merchandise within the store, and provide excellent customer service
• Contribute to the team's daily targets
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
