Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Capital Markets Ops Manager (Wealth Management) to lead client-facing Wealth operations in Manila. You will oversee revenue-related processes, advisory support, and complex client arrangements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong track record in wealth management and at least 5 years in supervisory leadership, with a focus on building durable advisor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and service requests.
• Develop understanding of banking products, processes, and programs; stay updated on changes.
• Provide tailored solutions for clients with complex financial needs while adhering to manuals, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners to address client needs.
• Handle day-to-day transactional needs for Wealth clients with focus on efficiency and accuracy while meeting SLAs.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service and problem resolution for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic service requests.

• Develop a thorough understanding of all banking products, processes, and programs, staying updated on any changes.

• Provide tailored solutions for clients with complex financial needs while adhering to branch operations manuals, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

• Build and maintain professional, ongoing relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners to address client needs effectively.

• Handle day-to-day transactional needs for assigned Wealth clients with a focus on efficiency and accuracy, ensuring service level agreements are met (e.g., transfers, overdrafts).

What We’re Looking For

• 8 years of experience in Wealth management (Relationship Managers in Bank, Private Banking, Investment, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, Investment Consultant)

• 5 years of Supervisory Role
