Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking an internship candidate to support the APAC Asset Team in daily operations, fleet tracking, and supplier coordination. You will document processes, assist in depot improvement research, and help prepare reports and trackers as the company scales across multiple countries.

The role offers mentorship from regional leaders and hands-on involvement in expansion projects within a dynamic startup environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist with daily operational tasks and coordination within the APAC Asset Team
• Help track fleet and maintenance levels to ensure availability
• Support supplier coordination and manage related documentation
• Assist in research for depot improvements and expansion projects
• Prepare reports and update operational trackers
• Contribute to process improvements for operational efficiency

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related fields
• Dean's lister or graduated with honors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Proficient with spreadsheets and documentation
• Fluent in English
• Proactive, eager to learn, hands-on, reliable, accountable, team player, and adaptable in fast-paced environments

Nice to have:

• Exposure to logistics, procurement, or operations work
