Job Responsibilities:

Promotion Campaign Operation: Independently initiate, plan, and manage integrated promotion campaigns based on the company’s overall strategy and market insights. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time and conduct post-campaign reviews to evaluate outcomes.

Data Analysis & Business Insights: Analyze market trends and platform data to generate actionable business insights and develop corresponding promotion strategies and operational plans. Manage campaign budgets, monitor key metrics, and conduct performance reviews to evaluate campaign effectiveness (e.g., GMV, user growth, conversion rates), providing recommendations for continuous optimization.

Required:

  • Familiar with the end-to-end process of promotion campaign planning and execution, with proven experience independently managing large-scale campaign projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, capable of leveraging insights to inform strategies and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Able to communicate confidently in English for both written and verbal interactions.
