Foundever® is hiring in the Philippines with multiple sites (Alabang, Makati, Mandaluyong). Roles emphasize strong sales, paid training, and growth opportunities in a dynamic contact-center environment.

Candidates should have a strong sales background, good English, basic computer skills, and be comfortable with graveyard/night shifts. UPSALES and signing bonuses may apply at specific sites. Training starts from day one.

What are we looking for?

• At least high school graduateor K-12 Graduates
• STRONG sales background preferably (with excellent persuasive communication skills)
• Ability to convince, persuade and demonstrate strong negotiation/influencing skills (with or without sales experience)
• Accepts upselling experience (BPO or NON BPO experience)
• Accepts with 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
• Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation
• Fixed Graveyard/Night Shift
• Can communicate in English
