Job summary

Foundever® is seeking candidates for an onsite call center role in Makati. The position offers PHP 21,000–34,000 monthly salary plus up to PHP 40,000 in sales commission, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.

Paid training from day one, HMO coverage for you and dependents, and life insurance are provided. Candidates with at least 6 months of call center or customer service experience are encouraged to apply, including HS/K-12 graduates.

Qualifications

• 6 months Call Center (Voice) / Customer Service experience preferred.
• HS/K-12 graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation; can communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle voice-based customer inquiries and provide information.
• Resolve customer issues and document interactions.
• Follow processes and logging to ensure accurate records.
• Support onboarding/training and contribute to team goals.
