Responsibilities

• Assists Account Officers in providing immediate pricing for components and checking stock availability.
• Costing take-off of components and standard products.
• Creates formal reports to close out transactions.
• Provides assistance in Marketing Projects & Initiatives.
• Conducts site inspections as required in Work Orders.
• Assists in installation, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning and repair of electrical products.
• Operates electrical tools and testing instruments.
• Inspects electrical systems to identify defects and ensure codes compliance.
• Verifies specifications by checking components and consumables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists Account Officers in providing immediate pricing for components, standard and basic inquiries of their customers as well as checking of stock availability, sending brochures/product catalog, etc.

• Costing take-off of components, standard products, and other non-project costing requirements.

• Creates formal reports and other necessary documents to close out a transaction.

• Provide assistance in the completion of other Marketing Projects & Initiatives

• Conducts site inspection, as may be required in the Work Order.

• Assist in the installation, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and repair of the company’s electrical products. Operates various electrical tools and testing instruments.

• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.

• Verifies specifications by checking component and consumables are complete.

• Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities to be assigned as deem appropriate and necessary.
