Job summary

Meinhardt Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented drafter with 1 year of civil and structural shop drawing experience. Proficiency in 2D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD is essential, with ability to interpret sketches and markup for accurate detailing.

The candidate should be a team player who meets deadlines, works well under pressure, and can start as soon as possible in our Makati office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture/Engineering/Drafting or any equivalent field.
• Proficient in preparation of 2D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD from sketched or mark-ups and recommend changes when necessary.
• With at least 1 year experience in producing detailed shop drawings for Civil & Structural for a variety of building projects like commercial (high rise and mixed-use development), residential, retail, fit-outs, airports, plantrooms, cleanrooms, monorail and metro stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD from sketches or mark-ups.
• Produce detailed shop drawings for Civil & Structural building projects.
• Meet deadlines and work well in a team environment.
