Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models that accurately represent design concepts.
Collaborate with architects and engineers throughout the design process.
Ensure design drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards.
Prepare and organize documentation for building permit applications.
Maintain and organize CAD files for proper documentation.
Monitor compliance with design intent during construction phase.
Assist Lead Designer during site visits and project presentations.
