enablesGROUP is seeking a CAD Design Engineer in Pasig with a strong background in AutoCAD and 2D/3D drawing creation for diverse construction and fit-out projects. You will produce detailed technical drawings, BOMs, and approval documentation, working both independently and with a team to meet project schedules.

The role emphasizes delivering accurate layouts, collaborating with Project Managers and Engineers, and contributing to design standardisation across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD and technical design capabilities.
• Ability to interrogate and modify CAD drawings.
• Experience in Construction, Fit-Out or Engineering fields.

Responsabilités

• Produce 2D CAD drawings for bespoke partitioning solutions.
• Prepare documentation for client reviews and approvals.
• Create general arrangement/setting-out drawings for site use.
• Determine dimensions/quantities from client drawings.
• Draft drawings for fabrication of components.
• Develop desktop designs for standard products with supplier templates.
• Create Bills of Materials/Fixings schedules from drawings.
• Revise drawings after client or engineer input.
• Produce concept drawings to support bids.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Design Surveyors and Sales to detail requirements.
• Liaise with Structural Engineer on wind/structural calculations when needed.
• Meet deadlines and maintain project schedules.
• Maintain consistent design documentation and support standardisation.
• Complete ad hoc internal projects.
