Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in process engineering and/or manufacturing of cable harnesses.
• Experience with end-to-end wire harness manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of manufacturing processes for new cable harness products from concept to mass production.
• Define assembly processes, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Translate customer prints, BOMs, and specs into manufacturing steps.
• Develop PFMEAs, process controls, and line balancing to meet targets.
• Lead PPAP/PSW activities and customer audits.
