Job summary

Sprout Solutions is seeking a skilled Cabinet Designer to convert concepts into production-ready CAD drawings for residential and commercial cabinetry. You will prepare detailed shop drawings, BOMs, cutting lists, and hardware schedules, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.

Collaborate with interior designers and architects to interpret design intent, perform site measurements, and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely fabrication and flawless installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level education in design-related fields with strong drafting skills.
• Experience in cabinetry, furniture, or interior fit-out technical designs.
• Proficiency in CAD software for cabinetry and furniture.
• Knowledge of materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cabinet shop drawings and technical plans.
• Convert concept designs into production-ready drawings.
• Produce 3D models, exploded views, and assembly drawings.
• Coordinate with production teams and fabricators to ensure manufacturability.
• Prepare bill of materials (BOM), cutting lists, and hardware schedules.
• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback or site measurements.
