Fragomen Philippines is seeking a Business Immigration Analyst to join our team. You will handle case management, document preparation, and liaison with clients and government authorities on PH inbound visa processes such as 9(g), 47(a)(2), AEP, and SWP.

The role requires a degree in any discipline and 2–3 years of related experience, with strong Word and IT skills. You will work in a fast-paced, professional environment emphasizing accuracy and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline with 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in PH immigration/visa processing is advantageous.
  • Excellent Word and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.

Responsibilities

  • Case Management & Advisory: manage cases and provide guidance on PH inbound corporate visas and permits.
  • Case Assessment: review instructions and documents for items like 9(g), 47(a)(2), AEP, SWP.
  • Client & Authority Liaison: maintain routine contact with clients and authorities and update on regulations.
  • Document Control: prepare application documents and check files for accuracy.
  • Data & Financial Administration: update case management system and client files per firm protocols.
  • System Maintenance: keep case management system updated and compliant.
  • Financial Coordination: prepare billing instructions and monitor disbursement PINs and reimbursements.
  • Ad Hoc Support: assist with other administrative duties as required.
