Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Business Operations Analyst embedded within the business to ensure the Corrigo platform supports operational objectives, processes, and client delivery across APAC.

You will translate business requirements into scalable configurations, lead change management and user adoption, deliver training, and collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize performance and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of CMMS/work order or operational tech experience, preferably Corrigo.
• Strong knowledge of Corrigo platform capabilities, configurations and workflows.
• Proven ability to bridge business operations and technology with stakeholder management.
• Advanced skills in MS Office or Google Workspace and data analysis.
• Experience leading user adoption and change management.

Role Overview

Location: (APAC Region)

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst who will serve as a strategic bridge between business operations and technology. This role is fully embedded within the business and is responsible for ensuring the Corrigo platform supports operational objectives, business processes, and client delivery outcomes effectively.

The successful candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of the Corrigo platform combined with a deep understanding of operational workflows, process governance, and stakeholder needs. This individual will drive platform optimization, system adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives across regional and global teams.

The role requires a proactive professional who can translate business requirements into scalable system configurations while leading users and stakeholders through transformation and adoption journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operational teams, and technology teams to ensure Corrigo solutions align with business objectives.
• Own the operational integrity, configuration, and optimization of the Corrigo platform across assigned accounts and programs.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation, efficiency improvements, and operational standardization.
• Lead and advocate for the adoption of Corrigo modules, features, and platform capabilities across regional and global teams.
• Drive change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, user readiness, and adoption strategies.
• Develop and deliver user training programs, workshops, and support materials to improve system knowledge and operational consistency.
• Partner with operational leaders to evaluate the business impact of system configurations, process changes, and technology enhancements.
• Manage Corrigo scope of works and collaborate with governance and technical teams to implement approved solutions.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and operational KPIs, and lead remediation and optimization efforts where required.
• Produce and present meaningful operational and performance reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Support regional and global deployment initiatives, best practice implementation, and continuous improvement programs.
• Maintain process documentation, system standards, governance controls, and user procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing CMMS platforms, work order systems, or operational technology solutions, preferably Corrigo.
• Strong functional and operational knowledge of the Corrigo platform, including system configuration, workflows, and module capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business operations and technology solutions effectively.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operational procedures, and the downstream impact of system configuration decisions.
• Experience leading user adoption, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and change management initiatives.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Highly organized, collaborative, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting regional or global operational programs is preferred.
