Job summary

Manulife Philippines is seeking a Communications/CSR Coordinator to coordinate colleague communications, events, and community initiatives. You will manage calendars, prepare announcements, and support NGO partnerships while tracking impact and maintaining documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years in communications, CSR, or related operations, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid work arrangement offered with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute colleague communications including announcements, event invitations, stakeholder updates, communication calendars, and performance reporting to ensure timely and effective information sharing.
  • Support community investment programs by coordinating volunteer activities and NGO partnerships, tracking participation and impact metrics, and maintaining program documentation.
  • Manage colleague event operations by coordinating planning, logistics, vendors, materials, onsite execution, post-event reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Drive stakeholder and cross-functional coordination by facilitating communication among HR, Internal Communications, CSR, site leaders, and global stakeholders, while tracking decisions, actions, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Maintain reporting, documentation, and operational excellence through data consolidation, dashboard and scorecard reporting, metric monitoring, records management, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in communications, events, CSR, business coordination, or related operational support roles.
  • Experience supporting programs, events, stakeholder communications, or community investment activities from planning through follow-up. Bachelor’s degree or related work experience in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, CSR, Community Development, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and experience maintaining trackers, reports, shared folders, and presentation materials
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in corporate communications, CSR, colleague engagement, or business management support.
  • Background in event coordination, volunteer management, or external partner coordination.
  • Experience working with multicultural or cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exposure to project management tools, methodologies, or continuous improvement practices
