Monee is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist (Data Enablement) in Manila to enable data-driven decision making across business domains. You will serve as a partner to stakeholders, drive self-service analytics, and build scalable data solutions within the BI & Analytics team.

The role emphasizes data discoverability, governance, and collaboration with Product and Engineering to advance Data & AI initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in BI, data enablement, data analytics, or data governance.
• Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheet tools, and modern data portal platforms.
• Familiarity with AI data tools, text-to-SQL workflows, or curating data repositories for AI applications.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and driving self-serve analytics adoption.

Job Description:

A Business Intelligence Specialist (Data Enablement) will be responsible for:

• Enabling Data-Driven Decision Making: Serve as a key partner to business stakeholders by fulfilling complex and ad-hoc data requests, identifying data gaps, and facilitating access to the right data sources across business domains.
• Building a Self-Service Data Culture: Drive adoption of self-service analytics by developing SQL templates, training programs, and AI-assisted data solutions, while transitioning ad-hoc reporting into scalable dashboards and self-service analytics portals.
• Championing Data Discoverability & Governance: Own and enhance data dictionaries, business glossaries, metric libraries, and cataloging practices to improve data discoverability, consistency, governance, and usability for both people and AI-powered tools.
• Shaping the Data Experience: Act as the voice of business users by analyzing self-service adoption and feedback, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to improve data platforms, and driving organization-wide Data & AI enablement initiatives that create measurable business impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• With 2-6 years of relevant working experience in business intelligence, data enablement, data analytics, or data governance.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, spreadsheet tools, and modern data portal platforms.
• Practical experience or strong familiarity with AI data tools, text-to-SQL workflows, or curating data repositories for AI applications.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, data literacy training, and driving self-serve data adoption across non-technical teams.
• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, data cataloging, access governance, and metric standardization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible guidance for business partners.
• Strong problem-solving initiative, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
