Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a hands-on Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across departments. You will partner with leadership to shape BI initiatives, build advanced dashboards, and ensure data integrity while communicating findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of BPO experience.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field, focusing on advanced analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience.
• Proven expertise in BI tools such as Google Looker, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
• Experience in data architecture, data governance, and implementing BI best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs.
• Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
• In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making.
• Experience in developing data-driven business solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Knowledge in project management to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Strategic Business Support

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align BI initiatives accordingly

What We’re Looking For
