The Business Intelligence Analyst 2 is a mid-level analyst responsible for developing and supporting data-driven reporting solutions across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. This role translates defined business requirements into reliable data extracts, transformations, and dashboards that support operational and tactical decision-making. Working with moderate guidance, the Analyst 2 contributes to ETL development, data modeling, and reporting while continuing to build technical expertise across BI tools and business processes. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders and senior analysts to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usability across Sales, Service Delivery, Billing, Service Assurance, and Usage.
