A leading technology company located in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Business Development Executive to assist in acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking and relationship-building skills, along with 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development. Knowledge of market trends and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role. This position may require travel and flexible hours.
Assist in the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of business with existing clients.
Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking and market research.
Build and maintain a prospective client database and ensure it is regularly updated.
Support the preparation and submission of business proposals, tenders, and presentations.
Arrange and coordinate meetings between senior management and potential clients.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively pitch to prospects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Maintain fruitful relationships with current clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Attend client meetings, conferences, and networking events to build and strengthen business relationships.
Conduct competitive analysis to support the development of sales strategies and business roadmaps.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, presentation, and closing deals.
Strong ability to identify and articulate value propositions over price.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, present, and influence decision-makers.
Detail-oriented with excellent listening and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends relevant to the company's products and services.
Willingness to travel, work night shifts, holidays, and shifting schedules as required.
