DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Proposal & Pitch Creation: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals that deliver mutual value and long‑term partnerships.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Adherance to plan activities as well as government and other regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in business development, sales and strategic partnership.
  • Certification/License: CRM Proficiency (advantage but required).
