Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Representation: Working with clients to understand their needs and goals with buying properties
  • Market Analysis: Staying informed about local market trends, pricing, and conditions to advise clients.
  • Property Marketing: Promoting properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
  • Negotiation: Representing clients in negotiations, working towards a mutually agreeable transaction.
  • Documentation: Preparing and managing necessary paperwork, including contracts, closing statements, and purchase agreements.
