- Assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing market knowledge, and guiding them through the transaction process. They act as intermediaries, connecting buyers and sellers and negotiating deals to meet client needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Working with clients to understand their needs and goals with buying properties
- Market Analysis: Staying informed about local market trends, pricing, and conditions to advise clients.
- Property Marketing: Promoting properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
- Negotiation: Representing clients in negotiations, working towards a mutually agreeable transaction.
- Documentation: Preparing and managing necessary paperwork, including contracts, closing statements, and purchase agreements.
- Client Communication: Maintaining open communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process, and addressing their questions.
- Property Showings: Arranging and conducting property viewings for potential buyers.
- Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with other real estate professionals and potential clients.
- Allowance good for 1 month of ₱6,500 and possible for extensions
- Earn up to ₱100k per month plus incentives and bonuses

- Daily allowance and 1%-5% commission rates per closed deal transactions

- No experience required; we conduct weekly sales clinic and trainings too
