Nature Of the Account: Retail

Start Date: ASAP

Type of Support: Non-Voice

Work Arrangement: Onsite | Hybrid (Cebu)—Not fixed but is flexible

Shift Schedule | Rest days:Philippines Business hours (9am-6pm); Weekends off

Educational Requirement:

  • Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject/s

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Can endorse candidates from other industries (as long as they have relevant analyst role experience)
  • Must be proficient in PPT and PowerBI—mandatory.
  • Must be proficient in both English and Filipino
  • Responsible in creating decks and analysis for clients

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
  • Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
