Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, project management, or analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated numerical aptitude and ability to independently analyze data.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Solid PowerPoint skills with the ability to present data and insights in a clear, executive-ready format.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Automated Reporting Solutions: handle moderate to complex investigation/enhancements/change requests on standard reports; SME for standard reporting; back-up for running standard reports when needed.
• Data Quality Assurance & Validation: oversee quality control standards (accuracy, quality and timeliness of reports before distribution).
• Ad Hoc Analytics & Investigations: manage moderate to complex projects, ad hoc data/report requests, and investigations.
• Report Lifecycle & Governance Management: ensure inputs in the report inventory meet SLA standards; justify items not meeting standards.
• Process Documentation & Knowledge Management: amend documentation for enhancements on standard reports.
• Requirements Analysis & Intake Management: handle moderate to complex data and new report requests; leverage business and data knowledge to satisfy stakeholders.
• Project Coordination & Stakeholder Governance: participate in weekly updates with sponsors and leaders; present when asked.
• Risk Assessment & Controls Monitoring: participate in weekly updates; present specifics on reports.
• Continuous Process Improvement: implement process improvement projects.
