Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines Taguig, part of the global DXC Technology group, is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and translate business requirements, drive backlog prioritization, and support agile delivery across multiple teams on-site in Taguig, Metro Manila.

You will facilitate workshops, perform impact and gap analyses, and ensure traceability from requirements through release, contributing to successful SIT/UAT and deployments in a dynamic IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Proficient in backlog management and prioritization.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and workshops.
• Experience with Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and Go/No-Go decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and alignment sessions.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner using Jira or similar tools.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and dependency mapping.
• Support solution design and business process modelling.
• Support SIT/UAT, acceptance criteria validation, defect management, and release activities.
• Maintain requirements traceability from requirements to build, testing, and release.
• Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and standards.
• Collaborate across business, technical, and delivery teams.
