We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our Trade Marketing. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing financial data, setting sales targets, managing pricing strategies, and evaluating promotional incentives. This role requires strong quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modelings, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and Set Sales Targets: Develop and establish sales targets for individual stores based on historical data, market trends, and company objectives.
• Set Price Cut Promotions: Design and implement price cut promotions for each store, balancing profitability and competitive positioning.
• Calculate Merchandiser Incentives and Cash Rewards for Specific SKUs: Design and compute performance-based incentive structures for merchandisers, aligning with company sales objectives, SKU-specific targets, and budget constraints. Ensure calculations optimize motivation, fairness, and cost-effectiveness while supporting strategic business goals.
• Review and Recommend Special Discounts: Evaluate customer requests for special product discounts, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize sales and profitability.
• Financial Analysis: Interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights for improving operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Reporting: Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to stakeholders, summarizing financial analyses and recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Also, should be in charge of monitoring the performance of every promodiser and store as well based on store sales performance. And should be the one to approve the number of disers needed to be assigned per store based on BES.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related role.

Skills:

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modelings and software, including Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency required); experience with SAP is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Certifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly valued but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or merchandising finance.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and promotional campaign analysis.
