Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician in the Philippines to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. The role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, supporting equipment and system maintenance and repairs.

You will inspect installations for safety and code compliance, assist with installations, and review work orders to estimate time and material needs, all under defined procedures and supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical ability to perform duties (stooping, standing, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Ability to follow basic routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office apps.
