Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee BTL projects, events, activations, and campaigns. You will lead production teams, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid setup (3 days WFH / 2 days onsite). Monday to Friday, day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in events production, activations, or related functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning and execution of BTL projects such as events, brand activations, and promotions.
• Oversee production teams, project timelines, budgets, and supplier/talent coordination.
• Ensure smooth workflow from pre-production, on-ground event execution, to post-event servicing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to maintain seamless project delivery.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all production outputs.
