Job summary

Manila Hearing Aid Center, Inc. is seeking an energetic Brand Marketing & Design specialist to support brand initiatives. You will craft visuals, social media assets, and marketing collateral, while assisting photo and video shoots for campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Creative Supervisor to ensure consistency with branding and messaging, and help maintain a fast, high‑quality output across all channels.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• 1–2 years of related work experience in brand marketing.

Responsibilities

• Gather project requirements, marketing objectives, and creative direction with the Creative Supervisor.
• Ensure outputs align with branding guidelines, visual identity, and marketing standards.
• Brainstorm campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain consistency of brand messaging and visuals across materials.
• Create design layouts and artworks using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and similar tools.
• Produce marketing collaterals and social media materials in standard formats.
• Support social media content development including posts and graphics.
• Implement revisions promptly from feedback.
• Deliver materials on time per schedules and deadlines.
• Assist in product and model photo shoots for campaigns.
• Perform basic photo editing and retouching for print/digital.
• Support video shoots and basic editing (trimming, subtitles, simple effects).
• Assist in creating and updating website visuals and banners.
• Prepare digital assets for website pages and landing pages.
• Receive and apply feedback to improve outputs.
• Build design and multimedia skills and stay updated with trends.
